LTM4601A 是一款完整的 12A 降压型开关模式 DC/DC 电源，内置了开关控制器、MOSFET、电感器和所有的支持元件。该 μModule 采用表面贴装型 15mm x 15mm x 2.82mm LGA 或 15mm x 15mm x 3.42mm BGA 封装。LTM4601A LGA 和 BGA 封装采用了备用安装衬垫设计，旨在提高焊点强度，从而达到延长温度循环耐久性的目的。LTM4601A 可在 4.5V 至 20V 的输入电压范围内运作，支持 0.6V 至 5V 的输出电压范围以及输出电压跟踪和裕度调节功能。这种高效型设计可提供 12A 的连续电流 (峰值可达 14A)。仅需采用大容量输入和输出电容器便可实现完整的设计。
