LT3467 / LT3467A 开关稳压器组合了一个 42V、1.1A 开关和一种软起动功能。该器件的引脚与 LT1930 相兼容，它的低 VCESAT 双极开关使其能够在小占板面积内提供高电流输出。LT3467 的开关频率为 1.3MHz，允许使用纤巧型、低成本和扁平的电感器和电容器。LT3467A 的开关频率为2.1MHz，因而允许采用甚至更小的元件。通过采用可编程软起动功能，消除了启动时的高浪涌电流。单个外部电容器设定了电流斜坡速率。由于运用了一种恒定频率电流模式 PWM 架构，因此产生了易于滤除的低和可预知的输出噪声。
