Super Low Distortion Variable Sine Wave Oscillator

LT1028 (数值 = -1 的稳定增益) / LT1128 (数值 = +1 的稳定增益) 实现了噪声性能卓越度的新标准,其具有 0.85nV/√Hz 的 1kHz 噪声、1.0nV/√Hz 的 10Hz 噪声。这种超低噪声与卓越的高速规格 (LT1028 的增益带宽乘积为 75MHz,LT1128 的增益带宽乘积为 20MHz)、无失真输出及真正精准的参数 (0.1mV/°C 漂移、10mV 失调电压、3 x 107 电压增益) 组合在一起。虽然 LT1028 / LT1128 的输入级在接近 1mA 的集电极电流下工作以实现低电压噪声,但输入偏置电流仅为 25nA。
