Trace heating cable for pipe frost protection
RAYCHEM self-regulating heating cable for frost protection of pipes.
The ETL trace heating cable provides energy-efficient and easy-to-use protection against frozen pipes.
In or on water pipes installation:
- R-ETL-A (10 W/m @ 5°C)
- R-ETL-B (16 W/m @ 5°C)
On water pipes installation only:
- R-ETL-A-CR (10 W/m @ 5°C)
- R-ETL-B-CR (16 W/m @ 5°C)
- Easy to design and install with cut-to-length capability, cable metre marking and simple heat shrink components
- Small geometry for ease of installation
- Safe: no overheating possible: even when crossed or closely spaced
- Energy-efficiency through self-regulating technology
- Maintenance-free: no moving parts
Further energy savings can be made with various control and monitoring systems.
