Fiber to the Distribution Point (FTTdp)
Microsemi has a long heritage in Line Drivers and Line Circuits for xDSL, starting from ADSL and covering the new VDSL2 and G.FAST standards, for both long loop and short loop applications. The latest Line Circuits include support for MELT.

Microsemi's Power over Ethernet and Remote Power Feeding (RPF) for HDSL history translated into its new Reverse Power Feeding product line. RPF is critical for the deployment of DSLAM/ONT combos at the Distribution Point Unit, in the new FTTdp architecture.
