Overview
Renesas’ 78K0/Lx3, the R8C/Lx Series and the RL78/L1x Series of MCUs integrate on-chip a double integral A/D converter, EEPROM data flash and an LCD drive control circuit. They are also available in low-pin-count versions, making them ideal for use in compact and lightweight electronic thermometer applications.
