Overview
Nowadays, mini stereo system uses built-in semiconductor memory to store music files and has gained popularity as portable music players proliferate.
Renesas Electronics simplifies the development of a mini stereo system with the SH7260 Series 32-bit RISC MCUs, the RZ/A Series Arm ® core microprocessors, and a lineup of power supply ICs, various standard ICs, optoelectronics devices, and so on.
The SH7260 Series and RZ/A Series are built around a high-performance CPU core and integrate on-chip peripheral functions, such as an SD memory card interface, a serial sound interface, USB, and a CD-ROM decoder.
In addition, a variety of middleware products, such as an MP3 encoder/decoder, are available, allowing for flexible extension of functions and reducing the time required for system development.
