ST provide dedicated solutions, for high end rear door module, integrating in a single device the mains functions required to drive vehicle door-mounted systems.
The offered multifunctional door actuator drivers are able to control via an integrated SPI the window lift (facilitating the implementation of advanced trapping detection function), all latching/locking operations and some lamps. The SPI controls all operation modes (forward, reverse, brake and highimpedance) and provides all the diagnostic information.
With this solutions a door module can be implemented with few others devices. The power management systems basis IC providing voltage regulator, CAN/ LIN tranceiver and contact monitoring. An high current H-bridge to drive the window lifht motor.
